I mentioned in an earlier post that I’m back to liking the white space on a card.  With this card, the embossed background with the Confetti Stars Embossing Folder looks amazing.

CTMH has a great Hello Lovely Cardmaking Kit.  This is not one of their patterns.  It’s a sample of another card you could make if you want to go off the beaten path and do something different.

I love the Blush Shimmer Ribbon!  If you look at it one way, it’s pink.  If you look at another way, you can see the rich gold that shows above.   The Grey Enameled Gems are subtle and finish off the card.   Check out the supplies below and make your own Congrats card.
