FMS 192 is a nice design that I got a little crazy with…okay maybe a lot crazy. Then I mixed up challenges…Stamp Nation was having challenge with Sugar Pea Designs (Challenge 172) where they provided a picture and you created from inspiration from it. I pulled the sand color and lagoon color from this picture for the card.
I ended up using a masking technique with involved spray pens and textured paste from Ranger. Word of warning, it’s a mess so if you don’t like making messes, it’s not likely to be your thing. I learned it from Stamp Nation. Another note, you can buy most of the mediums from your local arts and craft stores. Look in the acrylic paint section. They are less expensive especially with the coupons.
I love using the spray pens to make my own mists because I use our reinkers. The mists then match my projects. I made two different cards simply by changing the background mat. I pulled out the pink from the picture as well. The stamp set is from the Cricut Artfully Sent Collection. I love the size and different fonts in this set. The papers are from the Seaside collection, another favorite.
