Check out this fun Advent Calendar workshop that’s been created by CTMH for us!  You will need to the new Season of Joy Cricut Cartridge for this.

Purchase the kit for this workshop and use the instructions (includes the Design Space file) to make this amazing calendar that you can use for years to come.

I say kudos to those of you who can blog by your phones. I’m trying to do this on my phone so that my blog doesn’t go without a post this week. Starbucks makes a great stop to do this! On Sunday night we had a horrible storm, lots of thunder and lightning, and that left us without any phone, internet, or cable TV. It’s been a quiet few days which is kind of nice. I don’t think you realize how much noise comes from all of these services.

Then the quiet days I’ve been working on a little bit of Bible journaling and editing a workshop for Studio Sue. In between my volunteering and all of my mom duties.

It’s been a nice time of reflection. We have Sarah Grace’s 10th birthday party this weekend. It’s really hard to believe we’re in double digits now. I look at her and realize just how fast she’s growing up.

And then I’m off to get ready for a Memories Made Here crop the following weekend. Can’t wait to see everyone in York, PA!

Maybe doing this on my phone isn’t do bad. I’ll have to figure pout how to watermark my pictures this way.

Everyone needs a box to keep those special letters or notes in.  I had some flowers left over from Love Letters (last month) and I have a stash of these cute boxes that open up. Combined, it came out quite well.  Paint up the box with some acrylic paint.

Using the letters that are left over to put “special thoughts”.  Add the flowers around.  Liquid Glass helps the flowers and letters stay on better.   I have some extra vellum butterflies from another project and added that on as well.

While Love Letters is over, you can make all of these flowers with the Flower Market Cricut Cartridge.  It’s a great purchase with over 700 images on it plus $54 worth of stamps and $14.50 in paper included in the bundle.

Come and crop with us! From 12 – 9pm on Saturday you can work in my crop room. I give you the gift of time and space to give you permission to take time for yourself.  To create, to play, to bask in the company of other crafters!

The cost is FREE/person. This includes:
• 3 feet of table space
• a drink holder/trash can at each spot
• Use of the following: Gypsy, Cricut Expressions, Cricut Explorer, stamps, inks, scrapbox (when we have one), punches/other tools, idea books (multiple resources), Cuttlebug/Tim Holtz Embosser, computer for journaling,

and more.
• Cash and Carry will be available/Fieldtrips to ACMoore/Michael’s are 5-10 minutes away!
• Come and Play Card Buffet (make 5 cards for $10.00) will be available should you run out of projects
• Drinks (coffee, espresso,cappuccino, tea (iced and hot), and water. I have cups/lids for everyone and to-go cups.
Due to limited space, pack lightly and there is a set of stairs coming down to the basement.

Food: Everyone brings something to share or your own food. I’m within a few minutes of several eateries (Bowie Town Center).

Allergy alert: We have dogs/birds/guinea pigs/fish – this also means we have hay and nuts.

While CTMH has not provided us with a shipping deadline for orders needed by Christmas, I would highly suggest getting your orders by placed no later than December 12.  This is not a guarantee as soon is better.

With the Deal of the Decade, you can’t go wrong:
