🥳Announcing the new VIP Program and changes to Happy Mail.🥳
Close to My Heart (CTMH) completely revamped their customer and consultant programs, effective October 1, 2020. I’m super excited for all of my customers. This is a rather long message. I apologize for this. I think you’ll be delighted.
1st: 💞The Hostess Program has been eliminated. 😮Previously, everyone placed orders on my website. I captured the orders through “Happy Mail Gatherings”. This allowed me to get the Hostess Reward Program (HRP) dollars. I used the HRP to create the Happy Mail program. I got in product that could easily be mailed back out to everyone ordering for Happy Mail. Used the remainder to contribute to help make Stamp of the Month (SOTM) and Bonus kits, which were also free. Worked out great for all of us.🤩
There no longer is a hostess program which is why Happy Mail will be changing. Turns out that I was in the 10% of consultants who was using the Hostess Rewards for their customers. 😲CTMH wanted to ensure all customers were getting the hostess benefits.
🥳There is now a Customer Reward Program, called “VIP Customer Program”. Everyone would get the “hostess credit” applied as CTMH or VIP Cash to their accounts IF you decided to join the VIP program. This is like a “wholesale club” program for CTMH! I love this for you all.💕With the VIP Customer Program, it works like this:·
- ✅Pay an annual membership of $35.00.·
- ✅Receive a $15 credit on your account immediately.·
- ✅Join by October 31, 2020, and you will get $25.00 credit! Whoop Whoop!🥳🥳·
- ✅You shop each month and get 15% credit added to your account (CTMH Cash). I was giving you all 15% back on your orders in Happy Mail so this perfect! You are still getting the 15% back and you can use this credit on almost everything where I was limited to what I could get with Hostess Credit!! Woozers! So excited for you all!🥳🥳·
- ✅Your 15% CTMH Cash credit is based on the amount you paid. For example, if you placed a $100 order and used $15 of CTMH Cash, you will pay $85 for the order. You will receive 15% back of the $85.00.
- ✅You are not required to shop monthly. 🎉🎉😍·
- ✅You can use that credit on the next order or save it.There will be more product you can use it on (a lot more)🎉 and special bundles for VIPs!! 🎉💯·
- ✅Your credit only expires if you do not renew the VIP membership the next year.❤🧡💛💚💙💜·
- ✅Free SOTM (Stamp of The Month) with a $50.00 order BEFORE CTMH/VIP Cash is applied! (What a great bonus for you all!) 😍🤩·
- ✅VIP members will have the option to join a special group where you will be eligible for different specials and such.🥰·
- ✅VIP membership is attached to one consultant. You can not shop from other consultants and have the discount/program transfer.

What does Happy Mail look like? We are not totally sure yet. What you still get from me, as Happy Mail, for sure:·

- SOTM Kits and Bonus Kits. I do plan to continue to provide these kits free for you.
- Get the SOTM for $5.00 or FREE This would get a SOTM Kit for free regardless of use of the CTMH/VIP Cash.🎉🎉🎉😍
- Bonus Kits. $100 orders (AFTER use of VIP $$) will get a Bonus Kit free.
- Much smaller Happy Mail since there is no longer a hostess program and you’ll be receiving the 15% VIP Cash for shopping through the VIP program.
