Enjoy The Little Things and Blog Candy

This layout is created with the Falling For You and  Cats and Bats paper packs and the Enchantment Color Palette Cardstock with a few of the Basic colors thrown in.  All the Cricut cuts are from current CTMH Cricut Cartridges.   No stamping this go around but I reserve the right to add some later.  If I do, I’ll share what I do.  The layout design was inspired by Ms. Carrie when I saw her layout posted.   I did change a few things around.

All of the triangles are either 2″x 2″ or 3″ x 3″ squares cut in half, corner to corner.  I created the borders around the pictures with them.  The leaves come from 3 different Cricut Cartridges.   The coffee cups and  sentiment “Enjoy the Little Things” come from the new Cricut You are Here.  Jeff and I love to visit different coffee shops, just to check things out.  We found a cute little one and we have some pictures of this.  I can’t wait to add them.  The rich colors from the Enchantment palette help make this page work.

Layer the leaves in the corner and put the coffee cup on top with 3D foam tape.  Use the gold shimmer brush on the title, “Coffee” (Artbooking alphabet).

Continue to layer the leaves around the sentiment.  Pop the sentiment up on 3D foam tape.  Use your Gold Shimmer Pen to color in the “Enjoy”.

    I love this layout. I love my Cricut and make lots and lots of layouts. I don’t get this fancy! You are inspirational… maybe I need to get our of my “simple” comfort zone and expand.

    I saw your adorable cards on the hop and when I spotted this layout I had to take a closer look. I started out as a scrapbooker but have lagged very far behind so am trying to drum up some mojo. This layout is the perfect blend of cute detail and simplicity and I LOVE the colors you used! Thanks for sharing and for the chance to win.
