Perk Up!

Perk Up:

Perk Up is a stamp set “Kimmie Girl” from Unity Stamps.  It’s part of the Angiegirl collection.  Be forewarned, they are all super cute!  I picked this set up to use for the Summer Coffee Lover’s Blog Hop because she looks like she’s ready for summer.

It’s all stamped on the CTMH watercolor paper, which is a smooth watercolor paper that allows for great movement of the watercolor and you can layer it.  I stamped Kimmie and the sentiment in Memento ink and masked her using masking fluid.  Then created the background with the watercolor palette from CTMH.

Once the background was dried, I rubbed of the masking fluid and painted Kimmie with the palette.  Take the CTMH Clear Shimmer Brush and go over the hearts on her shirt and on the cup to give them a little sparkle.  If you like using Wink of Stella, you need to check out the Shimmer Brushes from CTMH.  Better price point, more shimmer, and more juice!
