We needed a boy birthday card. SG loves the unicorn. “Make a blue unicorn for a boy”, she says. Using scraps, it’s not girly..right? Maybe that top stripe with the purple or the bright pink a little girlish but all and all, it looks pretty “boyish”.

I do really like that I can use the thin cuts where I can stamp, then cut out the image. Makes life so much easier than fussy cutting. Love that CTMH packages the thin cuts in a storage envelope, has them cut out for you already (not hooked together so you have to cut them apart), AND they include the magnetic sheet. The price point for the stamps and matching dies is amazing compare to others and you don’t always get a great storage envelope or magnetic sheet! Great deal for YOU! I laid out the stripes of paper in a diagonal pattern across the base white paper, 4″x 5.25″. After getting one done, I decided to mat it on a piece of black cardstock, an 1/8th of a inch larger. It make the top panel stand out. 3D foam tape the unicorn and banner. Distress banner in matching Sapphire ink.
