Love with Live Beautifully

This is another one of my “scrap” cards that I’m making with some left over scraps of Live Beautifully paper, glitter chip board “Love” from the My Girl compliments, and the stamp set “Live Beautifully”. Love the way this turned out.

I stamped one of the roses from the stamp set and embossed with a rose gold embossing powder. Fussy cut it out. Took scraps from the left over paper from the Live Beautifully. Used one of the zip strip to create the striped border across the card.

The gold foil paper is so pretty, you hate to waste any pieces of it. By embossing the rose in the rose gold embossing powder, the rose still has the hint of pink to make it more rose-like, yet gold enough to pick up the gold roses outlined on white paper.

The “Love” comes from this compliment set. I had a few things left over and using the on a card seemed like a great idea. The gold “Love” really pops on the white paper.

Love the way the three gold elements work with together.
