Your My Cup Of Tea
One has to love this Stamp of the Month, S1703 Tea-rrific. Here’s my first card using this stamp set and I just love it.
Since the Dreamin Big Paper is featured this month, I used it (see the end of the post for links) and products associated with the paper pack. I really enjoy how CTMH coordinates things for us.
Stamped the cup image two times. Once on the watercolor paper because I used watercolor pencils to do the shading on the saucer and under the saucer. The 2nd time on Poppy. Emboss the sentiment “Your My Cup Of Tea” using our mini pigment ink pads, using the black, and then black embossing powder. Then go over the cup with our gold shimmer brush. Then I cut it out and used 3D foam tape to pop it up.
I stamped the steam coming out of the cup before I put down the poppy cup. I used the clear shimmer brush to make the steam shimmery.
Because I used Poppy cardstock to create the base of the card (take the 12″x12″ paper, cut it own to 8.5″x11″, the cut in half 5.5″), I cut the inside of the card out in White Daisy, the stamped the images with black pigment ink and embossed. Watercolor pencils were used to color the corner flower.
Enjoy a cup of tea and be sure to check out the Great Cricut Giveaway on my Giveaway Page.
This is wonderful Linda! Love the added heat embossing!
Thanks Amy!
