Always Be You – On Sale and FREE Cutting File!

My guest artist today is Linda B, another consultant on my team and participant in the 50 Card Swap.  She did an incredible job with this card and we are using it for our Come and Play Card Buffet.   Butterflies and ladybugs are always unique and different, just as people are.  We all have someone who needs a pick-me-up when times are tough.  Here’s the card for them.  Even a guy would like it.  =)

The stamp set used comes with die cuts. Thank goodness, right?  No fussy cutting!  Best of all, this month you can get this stamp set and dies for $17.95, 25% off!  You make the butterflies and ladybug different colors by stamping on the lighter ink pad color and adding the other colors by rolling the edges of the stamps on the ink pad.  Each one will turn out different, truly making each image and card unique.

The magnifying glass is cut from the Cricut using Basic Shapes of Design Space.  Use transparency sheets which you can pick up from Staples for the center of the magnifying glass.  Use Thin 3D Foam Tape to pop up the magnifying glass so that it’s over the butterfly and ladybugs.   Cut the jar with the Cricut Flower Market (exclusive to CTMH but you could win it this month with my Great Cricut Giveaway event) out of transparency and with the bug patterned paper.  Trim the bug paper to leave the top of the jar clear.  Cutting file at the end of the post.

Adhere the bug paper to the transparency using Liquid Glass.  Add the bow and use Liquid Glass to adhere it to the top of the transparency.  A little got will do.

Use silver our foil tape and the embellishments from the sequin pack to add the finishing touches to the card.  Simple with enough fun to make it special and unique.
