Since it’s National Scrapbooking Month, I created this layout “Sweet Memories” with Happy Times paper!
I used Kraft paper as the base. I really like how it turned out. I used My Reflections How To Book (one of my favorites) to pick pages for the layout.
I used the Happy Times Stamp Set for the sentiments on the page as well as all the flowers.
I was trying to scrap my stash, so I used some of the burlap ribbon I had on hand and some of the pink glitter gems. I also used the white and gold ribbon for the bows (the black and gold ribbon works well too).
I try to design my pages so they can be used with the 4×6 flip flaps.
I used the watercolor Picture My Life card on the bottom right corner. They have clear embossed patterns or sentiments on them. You paint over the top of it and once dry, wipe off the paint/spray from the embossed parts which then show through in white. I love our new watercolor brushes that you fill with water. Saves on some of the mess. =)
Thanks for stopping by!
