Smiles begins with you....

This “Smiles Begins with You” card was created as I am working in refreshing my card choices May Come and Play Card Buffet! I love the Brushed paper with it’s water colored look. It looks amazing with black. I used one of the new stamps, A 1172 Smiles Begins with You from Seasonal Expressions 2.

It worked very well with the Monday Mojo 394 design!

The MM design provided for several options to show case the paper. I used Z1994 Floral Embossing Folder to dry embossing the pear (green) piece. I used Cricut Art Philosophy to cut out the roses as well as the frame for the image. I wet embossed the image with silver embossing powder and the Versamark Pad. To make the roses, I dampened them to roll them, used liquid glass to adhere the centers of the roses, sponged them to give them more depth, and put Z679 liquid glass on the roses to look like dew.
