I am loving the Freshly Made Sketches blog! I just created this card with FMS 182 and the upcoming special papers from Close to My Heart (the best thing about being a consultant is getting the new stuff early!) While there is a stamp set to match this paper, I dug into my stash to create this card, using an older Stamp of the Month. The sketch and my card:
I used our Shin Han Touch markers (love) along with my favorite glitter pens, Spica! I used some of our new washi tape to create the green boarder between the two different papers (front and back of the same paper). I so enjoy the bright colors of summer time. I had this great stamp set with different hanging fruits and cute sayings. I took the peach stamp, used our archival black ink, let it dry, and used the markers to color it it. I added the glitter with the Spica glitter pens (does not show up well with the pictures)
Fun, fun to do a quick create! Coloring is something I really enjoy doing.
