DESCRIPTION:Harbor Scrapbooking is offering a great weekend crop in Camp Hill\, PA.  Come and join the fun: \nA venue with a crop room THIS awesome was hard to find. The new location had to fit our HIGH standards for SPACE\, LIGHTING\, 6 FT CROP SPOT\, NO STEPS INTO THE CROP ROOM\, ELECTRIC TO THE TABLES\, ETC. If you have been to our crops before\, you know that we won’t settle for less. \nThe crop room is located in a large convention center with easy access from the unloading area right into the crop room. We eat our four (4) provided meals and brownie/ice cream social in a separate banquet room. The hotel is attached to the convention center via an outside COVERED breeze way. Door to door\, the distance from the convention center to the hotel is 20-30 feet. There are a few steps or an available wheel chair ramp when moving from one building to the other. \nThe crop room is gorgeous and all the hotel rooms are newly renovated. \nOne Change to NOTE:\nThe one change that will take place at this venue is that you will have to reserve your own hotel room. This is the one unavoidable difference that cannot be helped. We have been doing events for 14 years and have always reserved the rooms for you. We hope that this change does not deter you too much from attending our events as ALL OTHER PERKS remain the same. It should take you 5-10 minutes to register for your hotel either by phone or by link that will be provided. One person from each room will need to handle this quick task. Our pricing structure has now changed to be a crop only weekend fee. Your hotel room is separate. Every effort has been made to keep the prices as close or less than the previous hotel included pricing. \nOur New Pricing structure is as follows: \nCrop ONLY Fee:\nIncludes: 6 foot cropping spot\, four (4) meals\, NEW ice cream sunday/brownie social\, attendee goodie bag\, snack table\, sodas\, coffee/water station\, crop tables with electric access\, and chances to win door prizes. (HOTEL ROOM NOT INCLUDED) \n$190 Crop only fee (regular pay Due 4/4/14)\n$183 EARLY BIRD PAY Crop only fee (Due 3/21/14)\n$100 deposit is due two weeks after registering (2/14/14).
