Wow – Crop season is starting and are you ready to crop??  I know I’ve been very busy working on getting product ordered in so you can have the best products to tell your stories and preserve your memories!  Here’s some fun as we get ready for the Lake Shore Volunteer Fire Department Crop with Jane on September 22 and the Harbor Scrapbooking weekend September 27-30, up in Camp Hill PA.  We have about 10 new cards on the Come and Play Card Buffet as well as Christmas Cards starting to work their way in!

This was one of my favorite idea books in 18 years!  I love the cover and the fun collections included.  So crazy to think that 4 months have past.

We have been busy with crops, creating, and family time here. I’ve been working on samples for the upcoming new SE2 that goes live on May 1 and National Scrapbooking Month will be here as well. Wait until you see the great layouts and cards I’ve been working on from Studio Sus.  =)  I’m so excited.  Teacher Appreciation gifts are being worked on. Discover Canaan Valley Resort during this weekend of scrapbooking with family and friends. Vendors will be on hand with supplies and instruction.  I’ve been vendoring at these events for the past 3-4 years. The group is awesome, laid back, and a lot of fun. Christa has a theme for each weekend.  The ladies dress up and have a great time.  Music to match.  Different food options, including bringing your own.   Canaan Valley’s beauty is something you have to personally experience.  The resort is on a protected wildlife area so you see critters driving from the lodging to the ski resort (where the crop is located)

This is also a great place to bring your family if you choose to do so.  There is golfing, hiking, biking, caves to explore, and more (Resort Activities)!  The Resort offers the following services on location:  Indoor and Outdoor pools, gym, food, spa services, arcade!  Some of it available by just walking out of your room/cabin!  Others in the area (Area Attractions).  There is a fantastic coffee shop in Davis proper along with some great eateries.   This is Jeff and SG’s favorite crop location!!

• Use of the following: Gypsy, Cricut Expressions, Cricut Explorer, stamps, inks, scrapbox (when we have one), punches/other tools, idea books (multiple resources), Cuttlebug/Tim Holtz Embosser, computer for journaling,

and more.
• Cash and Carry will be available/Fieldtrips to ACMoore/Michael’s are 5-10 minutes away!
• Come and Play Card Buffet (make 6 cards for $10.00) will be available should you run out of projects
• Drinks (coffee, espresso,cappuccino, tea (iced and hot), and water. I have cups/lids for everyone and to-go cups.
Due to limited space, pack lightly and there is a set of stairs coming down to the basement.
